I completed a 15 x 24 Basquiat portrait study of him using design elements he would use to bring the peice to life and associate the work with the face created using a variety of mixed mediums such as latex paint, acrylic, torn news paper clippings, mean streak, oil stick, stickers, painted on a found kitchen cabinet door.
